Sudden Opportunity Grants provide a quick way to make great projects happen. The grants are limited to $200 and must address a project or need that has come up suddenly for which you cannot plan. If approved, the money to support the project will be granted immediately. Sudden Opportunity funds are limited and may not be available for the entire school year. Teachers or staff may apply for a Sudden Opportunity Grant at any time by completing the online application and grant budget form.
Teachers, please consult with your administrator before applying for a grant. It is helpful for them to know you are applying since they will get a notification to approve the grant application. Additionally, there may be other funding options suitable for your needs that your principal may want to use instead of the grant funds.
